To request repair/return of a product, please fill out the form below, review the Terms and Conditions, and click the Submit button at the bottom of the page. We will get in touch with you shortly. Please note: in shipping RMA, be sure to include RMA number on the packaging and ship to Nutfield Technology, 1 Wall Street Suite 115, Hudson NH 03051.

    Repair quotes are generated based on initial evaluation.  Additional charges may be incurred during final testing.

    NUTFIELD will only accept returns for which an approved Return Material Authorization (RMA) has been issued by NUTFIELD. Defective products must be returned freight prepaid and insured to NUTFIELD at the address shown herein. Products which have returned to NUTFIELD but which are found to meet all previously applicable specifications for such products or which indicate damage to the product not resulting from defect in manufacturing or use not in accordance with the Users Guide, shall be subject to NUTFIELD’s standard examination charge of $200 per product and will be charged to the Buyer. This will be applied to the quoted price once the Buyer has issued a Purchase Order for the quoted repair price. Products returned to NUTFIELD without an accompanying itemized statement of defects, shall be returned to the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense and NUTFIELD shall not carry out any evaluation of such products. NUTFIELD warrants to Buyer that its services, labor, replacement parts, assemblies and modules will be free of defects in material and workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date of shipment or performance of services. Warranty Returns - Domestic and International* Buyers should pay for one-way freight costs to NUTFIELD. NUTFIELD will pay for freight return cost to the Buyer. Non-Warranty Returns - Domestic and International* Buyers are responsible for two-way freight costs. If shipment consists of returns that are both warranty and non-warranty, the shipment will be considered as non-warranty. Any UNAUTHORIZED shipments billed to NUTFIELD without authorization will be re-invoiced to the Buyer. Confirming purchase orders are required for non-warranty returns. *International Returns must include applicable DUTIES AND TAXES, and you must mark air bills with “U.S. GOODS, RETURNED FOR REPAIR”. In any event, where NUTFIELD accepts a shipment, NUTFIELD will invoice to the Buyer for any charges as stated above. Returns for credit will not be accepted unless authorized in advance, in writing by NUTFIELD, in accordance with NUTFIELD’s Terms and Condition. In most cases, restocking fees will apply. Returns must be packaged adequately to avoid damage during shipment. Complete packing list with product model and serial number will insure prompt repair, if the other terms of this form are followed. Read NUTFIELD's Terms and Conditions for the applicable warranty for the products before you request the return of the products. Service and Repairs Requests for repair or replacement under warranty must be made within 30 days after the defect has been noticed and must be directed to NUTFIELD or its representative in your area. Items authorized for return must be returned in a suitable container. Damage noted upon receipt of the unit must be documented for appropriate claim against the carrier. IMPORTANT:
    • This RMA file number will expire 30 days after emailed date from NUTFIELD. Therefore units received under an expired RMA number will result in a longer turnaround time.
    • Include one COPY of this form with the shipment; also label the outside (top) of the box with the issued “RMA Number”.
    • Product sent back to NUTFIELD without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be rejected and sent back to buyer at buyer's expense.
    • The customer will be charged for the cost of repairing the product if the product is not under warranty or if the repair is not covered under the warranty.
    • Correspondence must refer to the RMA number (i.e. packing slip, emails etc.).
    • Should a Purchase Order not be forwarded to NUTFIELD within 45 days of issue of quote, the title of the product will be transferred to NUTFIELD with no credit to buyer.
